New Energy Industry

Photovoltaic power generation systems are often deployed in outdoor environments such as deserts, rooftops, and water surfaces, which require long-term exposure to erosion such as wind, rain, ultraviolet radiation, and salt spray (in coastal areas). At the same time, they need to adapt to the efficient installation of large-scale components, and the weather resistance and construction efficiency of fasteners become core considerations. Core application scenarios Bracket system connection: The assembly of main beams, purlins, columns, and other structures of photovoltaic brackets relies on a large number of fasteners. Among them, the square head design of the central square double headed bolt prevents rotation during tightening when inserted into the T-shaped groove of the bracket, and is stably fixed with the nut. According to different load requirements, different specifications such as M6 × 30 to M10 × 80 will be selected. Small size bolts are commonly used for connecting thin components, while load-bearing parts need to be upgraded to larger sizes.
